Only to confirm bookings, match transfers, run classes safely, handle refunds, and reply to enquiries.
Allergy information is sensitive personal data under Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Act. The child is under 14, so it is collected under the separate consent of their legal guardian.
It is used only for ingredient handling and emergency response during class, and only the teacher and the director can see it.
Booking data: one year after the class
Allergy and other sensitive data: one year after the class
Contract, payment and complaint records: five years, as required by Korean e-commerce law
Enquiries and waitlist: six months after they are dealt with
We do not share personal data with third parties.
We use these processors to run the service: Supabase (data storage), Resend (booking emails), Vercel (website hosting).
A class photograph on this site shows a child’s face only with a guardian’s written consent.
If you withdraw consent or ask us to take a photograph down, we take it off the site and delete the file without delay.
A guardian may ask at any time to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of their own or their child’s data, and we act on it without delay.
