These terms cover the class booking service on the AIFF website, and the rights and duties of AIFF (“the studio”) and the people using it.
A booking starts as a temporary hold, placed when you choose a class and enter the guardian’s details. The hold lasts 10 minutes.
Payment is by bank transfer only. Send the fee to the account shown, with the reference in the depositor name, and the studio confirms the booking once the transfer is matched.
If no transfer is matched within 10 minutes the hold is released and the seat goes back on sale.
A class holds nine children. All classes are taught in English.
If the studio cancels a class, the fee is refunded in full and we offer an alternative date where we can.
Guardians must tell us accurately about allergies and health matters. The studio is not liable for incidents arising from information that was not disclosed.
Children arriving after the class has started may not be able to join, for safety and for the sake of the class.
The studio may change these terms within the law, and will post any change on this site.
