Cancel by phone (070-8887-1053) or email (aiffseorae@naver.com). There is no self-service cancellation on the site.
We ask for your refund account when you request the refund, not when you book: the details are only collected when they are actually needed.
Refunds are paid within three working days of the request.
Bank transfer is the only payment method. Include the four-digit reference in the depositor name so the transfer can be matched to your booking.
If you transferred without it, call us and we will find it.
